Americas Best Value Inn Tulsa at I-44

"If I could give no stars, I would describe my stay here to a tee. The owners of this place and the staff have a subpar knowledge of how anything can be clean. You will see bedding, floors, and pretty much every surface not clean. They are the kind of people who look at a room with sunglasses on and make the bed without stripping it and replace the towels and call it good. Cable TV doesn't work most of the time, and when it does, the screen is in and out. Called the front desk about these issues and included a clogged toilet and was told they'd be there soon and 30 minutes later calling them again. I got a new person, and she didn't even know I needed help and then proceeded to tell me if I wanted a clogged toilet fixed I'd have to come to the office to carry a dirty plunger and walk 10 yards back and forth in the cold and deal with it myself. Clearly, the staff is underpaid and understaffed. The owners need to wake up and learn how to clean and pay their staff a livable wage. If you can charge $50 per room you should have the whole place packed, but you don't and it's clear it's because of how filthy this whole place inside and out is."

"Honestly everyone is crazy to be leaving such poor reviews. The people are kind and super helpful here. I cannot express for everyone but as for myself, they've been kind and the rooms are always clean and accommodating. Shame on the negative reviews. Have you even been to the other local hotels in this area? 10/10 from me. In close proximity to the highway and Town West shopping center. QT and food places are also within walking distance."

"In a very run-down industrial part of town. There was not a bath mat, and the towels were small and old. The blanket was not enough to keep me warm. Room was too small. I will not return. I stayed in better hotels for a better rate."

"My boyfriend our son and our large dog all stayed here because my boyfriend was getting work done at rush truck center. I just wanna start with the whole reason I’m giving a review is because of the cleaning lady I believe she told me her name was Donna. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She’s just a bright light in a place like this. She made my stay better then it ever would’ve been if she wasn’t there. The rooms could use some work and it would’ve been nice if the wheels on the bed had breaks because we were sliding around all night losing our pillows between the bed and the wall lol. The bathroom was nice I can say that and everything in the room worked. They don’t have bugs so don’t believe everything you read about this place some people over exaggerate because they more then likely just aren’t great people. This is not the nicest hotel ever but if you just need something convenient with a shower and working heat and ac. This place really isn’t that bad when it comes down to it. Once again shout out to Donna she deserves a pay raise I can just tell she loves the job if the people are nice and respectful towards her. I really hope she gets to see this review and is thanked for all her hard work she really deserves it!!"

"The people were friendly and the location was quiet, but the rooms did not impress me. The air conditioner looked like it had mold growing out of it, and one of the outlets completely fried my phone charger. Overall just not super clean and sketchy in a few places."
