Comfort Inn & Suites Tulsa I-44 West - Rt 66

"I recently stayed 3 nights here and although it looks nice from a distance, the beds were hard as rocks and lumpy. Definitely need new mattresses. The remote for my tv didn't work right. I called down the first day and someone came while I was out to fix the tv but the only buttons that worked on the remote were input, menu and some numbers. The volume was pretty loud and I had no way of changing it. There was a dead roach in the room but at least it was dead and there were black hairs throughout the bathroom and the ac unit. Incredibly noisy! I kept getting woken up by the sounds of the elevator, the ice machine, people in the hallway and the never ending sounds of rushing water draining from somewhere. The breakfast buffet options were decent but mostly empty the last half hour. The window coverings didn't extend to cover the entire window. The staff was nice."

"This hotel is absolutely the BEST for the price. Excellent service at the front desk, nicely renovated rooms, lobby, and hallways. Bathrooms are very nice and room is very clean. Will most definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Went to spend a night while work was being done on my apartment. Picked a more pricey place to stay for the amenities, which were extremely disappointing. The front desk was nice, but not very helpful. I work and do school from home. I needed the “free wifi” they advertised on their site. The Wi-Fi did not work and they had no solutions as to fixing it. I fell super behind on both work and school after missing a full 24hrs of it. The beds were not queen. I have a full size mattress at home and I used to work in a hotel, I know what a queen mattress looks like. The beds were full size, despite us paying for two queens. The bathtub was filthy. Had to clean a wad of pubic hair out of it to take a shower. What’s irritating is that we had to wait hours in the lobby before check in, even tho we were one of the only ones there, for them to “clean the room.” Definitely never going here again. Waste of money I can’t believe I was charged full price."

"Great spot to rest or if you need a spot a little longer. We got a suite and it was worth every penny. The room was clean. The halls were clean and an air freshener was present (smartest decision ever). Mindy was the most polite employee. Great luxury feel but not expensive."
