"Unbelievably I had a policy with this agency for four years, one day he called and said I did not have coverage for my roof on a homeowners policy. WTF it gets better. He cancelled that policy that same day. Wrote me another for $57 more each month. It took me five days to get another policy with another insurance agency for coverage of my house roof included. It’s gets better, he did not want to cancel, we talked many times, I sent notice in writing, he kept saying he did not get it. So I had to send it certified. He was nice at first, money driven, he was hell before it ended. Be careful he’s tricky."
