"I called about putting a beloved furbaby out there with the rest of my furbabies ,called on a Friday, The answering service TOLD ME they would have someone call me right back...Here it is 2 days later someone decided to call me back. While my husband was explaining no one returned his call and we had to burry her in back yard which is upsetting all the lady could do was said ok and hung up on my husband...It has me in tears, she then REFUSED to answer his call back. I thought this was a good place, NOW I am regretting putting my furbabies out there..THANK FOR BEING RUDE Pine Hill.."

"Pine Hill has the most caring, compassionate, and understanding staff I’ve ever had to meet with. They are extremely family oriented people and understand the meaning of community. Their staff goes above and beyond for those who have just lost a loved one (furbaby). Rain, sleet, or snow, they pick up if accessible to their truck. Their place is filled with beautiful trees, and it brings a blanket of peace knowing how your babies are taken care of there."

"I have been using Pinehill since 1995.They have always be there when needed.I have 6 cats buried there and just buried my three beloved dogs there last year on my birthday July 17,2022.Not only did my dogs pass away on a Sunday but Pinehill had a driver to pick them up in three hours. I also have to add that Pinehill even sent a driver to pick up a homeless dog that had been hit on the freeway. Both my sister and my mom buried their cats there too. This is truly a blessing from above."
