"I drove to this location six times to be turned away five times, even when they had only been open for 30 minutes. The clothing they sell is overpriced, and the low amount they offer for buying your clothes is not worth it. On top of that, the staff is rude."
"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Every single employee in there was snappy and extremely hateful. I’ve gone in a couple times to sell and each time they are rude. Find a different job if you can’t have good customer service."
"Terrible customer service! We had brought in 2 bins full of nice baby clothes worn once or never worn, and a baby dome. Took 2 days, and they never called me to say it was ready. I had to call them. The clothes in the bins didn’t even looked touched & was exactly how i dropped it off, and they offered me $12 for the basically brand new baby dome?? It’s $116 new at walmart, and i understand they won’t give me a lot for things that i try to sell, but $12??? And it took them 2 days just to take 1 thing? Definitely not worth the trip or your time!!"
"It's such a great place to pick up clothes for the little ones. There are so many choices and all very reasonably priced. I'm going back for a couple more items soon."
