"Overall the appointment went fine even though it was a long appointment. We went on 6/30/23 and was there from 9:30 till about 2pm in then get anything done but a follow up. Thier was no x-rays are anything just a long wait for a follow-up. Then the hispanic lad name Maria Daylacruz was so rude and unprofessional to myself and alot of the other people in there as if she didn't want to be there. She kept over talking us when I was just simply trying to explain to her what we needed but she didn't want to hear it and walked off smh. Luckily there was a very nice lady working that same area in the front who name is also Daylacruz, who immediately help us in got the right paper work we needed to have. Maria was acting as if she didn't feel like doing her job are whatever but you still shouldn't be rude to people. In as soon as I find out who to call on her, I'm definitely calling because she should be delt with are she going to keep doing it because I'm sure I'm not the only person she's has this attitude with because I seen her doing that day to other people before me. Smh."

"I can’t wait until Google allows you to put ZERO stars because that is just what this location deserves. They put me with a Primary Care Provider that can’t even prescribe the medication I need. Not only that, they have PA’s introducing themselves as actual Doctors. Also, the lady at the front desk, ( I think her name is Michelle) was super rude (answering questions before I could even finish asking) and unprofessional. ***HOWEVER, Bri (Briana) was very welcoming and professional! I’m normally a hard stick, but she got it on the first try too. I also loved her motivational wall! For that, I will give 2 more stars."

"Clinic is in nice conditions, but good lord the unprofessionalism is off the roof. Made an appointment 50 minutes later still haven't been seen. 4 different patients signed in and were called before me even though their appointment was way after mine. When I questioned the receptionist. She brushed me off without even asking the nurses on the back or taking in consideration my time. The fact that we pay taxes for this type of community services is sad. We need to do better as a community and speak up. We pay for their employees checks why shall we be treated unfairly or with no consideration of our time or health issues. I will be filing complaints. Yall do the same."

From Pediatrics to geriatrics they have doctors and support professionals ready to serve. Pharmacy and labs included. Recently renamed after one of the first African American doctors in Dallas Area.
