"My brother and I had a terrible experience after tonight’s visit I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. The customer service is terrible I felt judged from the second I asked for help with a pair of shoes. The “floor employees” were nowhere to be seen. If I walked up to a “floor employee” one of them would brush me off and point to another employee for help. I waited in line for 20 minutes just for the counter employee to tell me that I had to ask a “floor employee” for help with a pair of shoes. No “floor employees” were even on the floor. The one guy counting the drawer at the front was the only one who was willing to help after seeing that I was clearly frustrated. Then waited in line for another 2 hours while there was only one register and the “floor employees” were hiding in the back most of the time."

"Horrible customer service. Was treated very rudely and could only get a shoe to try on if I waited in line for the young lady at the cash register, everyone I asked on the floor to grab a shoe in my size I was told I would have to get someone else. Which is sad because there was 6 of us in my group and we were all there to purchase shoes but ended up just going to foot locker because I will not spend my money on a place that treats their customers like that and I hate to bring race into it but my nonwhite friends received great service and were actually approached by workers and asked if they would like to try on a shoe. After the way myself and another friends was treated all of us walked out without purchasing anything. Worst workers I've encountered in my 36 years on this earth. Would not recommend it! Will not be back."

"Would have given a zero if I could have. I’ve been in the store three times in the last six months and yet have I been able to purchase a pair of shoes there. I come in knowing exactly what I wanted and I was going to buy two pairs of shoes totaling over $250!! Staff is very picky and choosy who they help ,I waited for over an hour patiently while they helped everyone ahead of me the crazy thing is, they would make eye contact with me and still choose to not help me. I will not go back to the store I will tell all my friends and family about my Bad experience here. I will not order shoes off their website either. I will spend my money elsewhere. Hopefully somebody important enough will see this and understand that they’re losing money. I wasn’t the only one that they was choosing not to help. There were two other families in there that were also being treated the same way. If you are not POC you won’t be helped, worst customer service!!"

"Customer service has declined DRASTICALLY. I see all these workers come from the back all the time but no one can help me or I have to hunt someone down for a shoe size. Then I go to the register and its “You need a shoe size? You’ll have to ask someone on the floor” Instead of helping me. NO ONE IS ON THE FLOOR This has been consistent on my last SEVERAL visits in the last 3 months. No matter what day of the week. People spend a lot of money here. Do better."

"Stopped by here this weekend to look for some Jordans and I found the perfect pair! I read many negative comments but I had a good experience. The staff was helpful and got me my shoe size, the check out was friendly and quick. They have a large selection of shoes compared to others stores within the mall. I would definitely go back to purchase shoes."
