"I am SO grateful for Kelly and Charles at Chrysalis Institute!!! I have suffered from depression after going through some traumatic things, but also have a hard time trusting new people, especially to open up about those things. I was referred to Chrysalis by someone who I have a lot of trust in, and as hard as it was to think about calling and opening up to someone, I am so thankful I did! After my first conversation with Kelly, I knew I was at the right place! She is so strong and caring. I knew that I could talk to her without being judged, and am amazed at how far I have come with her already. She told me, 'I can't fix things, but I can give you guidance and tools.' She is very compassionate, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about the people she works with. I know that I have things to learn, but I am completely confident that I can work through these things at my pace, and with her guidance, I know that I'm not going through it alone. I would highly recommend Kelly for anyone who needs someone to talk to , to get some tools and heal from things they have kept inside. She is a genuine person, and loves sharing her knowledge and her love for others. She and her husband Charles are both therapists at Chrysalis. I haven't known Charles as long, but I was fascinated to hear that he is also trained in hypnosis, and can help people in so many different areas. I have been a smoker for most of my life, and had a strong fear that I would never be able to quit, although I have serious health issues due to smoking for so long. I had one session with Charles, and I am so thrilled to say that it started working immediately! I really feel that his approach is what helped make it so successful, as we had a session with him getting to know me, and sharing tips that would help me succeed. Anyway, together, they are a fantastic team, and I am so grateful that I have found them, and I feel confident that I will be able to find healing, with Kelly's help, for a lot of things that I have held inside for far too long."

She is patient, shows empathy, and is all around the best counselor I’ve had in several years (and I’ve definitely went through a few). The office is always clean and has a very calm and home type feel/environment. Kelly’s husband is also very kind and patient.
