"My grandmother had an appointment set for later on in the day an we sat there and sat there and we was waiting on a tablet for checking but it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours to check in nor have sit and wait for a appointment that shouldn’t take more then 45 minutes to see your patient Not only that some of your staff need to learn how to fix their face expressions when they see someone they don’t like"

"Today was my first visit with this doctors office. I am 40 and haven’t had a PCP my adult life so I was very nervous coming in. Walking in the staff was so nice. They all greeted me and made me feel welcome. Clara and Carmen went above and beyond. Give those ladies a raise! Dr Torres really made me feel like she cared. She didn’t rush speaking to me like I’ve experienced in the past. We went over every single detail of everything I am worried about. I honestly came in expecting to not be happy with the experience and more than likely have to look for another clinic, but this will absolutely be my PCP. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!"

"I had a great experience here yesterday at this variety care. Felt incredibly welcomed by the two front receptionist Carmen and Clara. Clara was super nice and friendly so nice she laminated my insurance card, Thank you! When I first walked in they made sure I was in the right place and understand what I was looking for. They were extremely helpful in filling out papers and forms in order to get my appointment done and application. I definitely recommend, great receptionist who love their job and know exactly how to make people feel welcomed"

"I had a wonderful time establishing Variety Care as my new primary provider. Particularly I was appreciative of the receptionist, Clara, for her politeness over the phone and in the office. As a trans person, it isn’t always easy to find somewhere safe and accommodating. It is a blessing to have offices like Variety Care that put patient comfort and affirmation as a priority. Also, as I was waiting for my appointment, I heard her help a customer entirely in Spanish. Overall: polite, succinct, frank when necessary, and an understanding and receptive of different people. These are the things that make me feel safe in a doctor’s office, and Variety Care has them."
