"My 4 yr old had The BIGGEST splinter in the palm of his hand!! Tried myself 1 time!! Then we went to Immediate Care of Oklahoma-Yukon. Shakirah was so nice and friendly. And the Male PA ( maybe Brad) was then best!! Just the calm environment settled my little one! Thanks so much!!"
"Running an hour past appointments at 10am on a Thursday. Definitely not organized or immediate. Also, my regular doctor had an opening but I chose this more expensive option because it was going to get my child help quicker. I will add, the staff is great but the best thing about this place is the ability to leave and come back when they are ready for you. I just wish they had been more transparent about the wait."
"If I could rate my experience less than one star and successful post, I would have. I needed to complete a urine drug screen as well as physical assessment for pre-employment. I arrived at 11:45am, wasn’t taken back for the urine test until 12:30p, with process completed at 12:38p. I asked if the process would possibly be complete prior to 1:45p/2:00p as I’m expected back at work, they assure completion prior to that time. Next was the wait on the physician assessment/physician statement. At 1:25p while still waiting I addressed the staff who were taking advantage of the lull in the day to chat, eat, and catch up on document. I made the second notification that if at all possible I needed to leave prior to 1:45/2:00p because I needed to get back to work. The provider entered the room at 1:35p and completed his assessment by 1:40p. This place is less organized than a Concentra."
"I was very ill over the holiday weekend. Immediate Care was super quick and easy to get in to, and the provider Tina Ledet,NP was exceptionally caring and kind. She took her time and made sure I had the best care possible."
