"We had a cashier on 03.26.2023, a young gentleman that visited with us as he checked us out. We talked about my son's bowling tournament and he giggled about being horrible at bowling with my son and myself. My son is 15 years old and as we walked out he said "every cashier should be like that, he obviously loves his job" so thank you to that man instilling a perfect example to my son! "Normally I have a good time in this store. But the last 3 times I have gone in there they have been very pushy to buy clothes and other stuff(which I get that’s there jobs, but there is a point where it gets to overwhelming). Today I went in to go cancel my card because I don’t ever use it and the manager kept saying no don’t do it. She wouldn’t let me cancel it. Then continued to say well you wouldn’t have to cancel it if you had money. Money isn’t the issue I just don’t buy clothes at rue21 anymore."
