LOFT

"One employee was kind of rude and extremely unhelpful. I was excited to use some coupons And loft cash I received. The first thing this employee said to me, as I was looking to get a dressing room was “just so you know, we close at 7”… it was 6:20. Was very off-putting. She was then the one who checked me out and she didn’t give me my both my rewards… which I didn’t realize until I had already walked across the mall. I rushed back as soon as I realized the mistake (making it very close to 7), and she just said “oh I guess you can’t stack the coupons” without looking into it any further. But when I earned the rewards, I was specifically told they would stack together and on top of any sales in store. After a bit of persistence she finally started to look into it & another- much more helpful employee came and finished the process. During which this rude employee was checking her watch, making it feel like I was being an inconvenience, when it was her laziness that cost us both the extra wasted time. This employee who chose to be rude and lazy that night almost cost me an extra $80 because of her refusal to give me the discounts I earned. Phew. Will be choosing the Utica Square location from now on and I’d suggest you do too if you want friendly customer service."

"My boyfriend and I went into the store and one of the first things an employee did as I was looking at some stuff was yell at my bf to get out of her way. We ignored the lady and kept looking around, the other employees we passed were nice and said hello. As I was trying to decide if I wanted a shirt or not, putting it up to me because I assume all changing rooms are closed during covid, a nice employee says that the changing rooms are in fact open. Cool, right? Well I try on the shirt, look at it with sleeves rolled up and down then go to put my regular clothes back on. I was in there for maybe a minute, and some other gruff employee starts shouting into the changing room if I'm "ok". LADY. Whoever runs the store needs to go over with a couple of their people how to treat customers when entering the store and how not to harass someone over a single item in the changing room like they're going to steal it. The gruff employee had all the others gathered around outside the dressing room like I was going to make a run for it as I held my item clearly out in the open. I still bought the item and bought another I had my eye on as well, but damn did that stress me out."

"This is my favorite store in the mall by far. The employees are sooooo nice, and can always help me to find what I need. Plus they have an amazing variety of styles year round. I really enjoy shopping there in the summer because they have a ton of bright and flowery floral type styles. Plus they have some killer sundresses. You should totally go and check it out. You won't be disappointed."

"Some employees are very respectful some think you owe them so they careless and are the one that have a higher rank ignore your questions and answer you back inappropriate. Prices are good.Clean."
