"Did not love the service we received from our cashier Emily this evening. I would give Old Navy the brand 4 stars and Emily only 1. We were met with so much attitude for zero reason and she stared at me and my daughter with such a dirty look, even my husband noticed. Just unnecessarily rude and weird energy to us. Her appearance was also less than professional so there’s that. Such an off putting experience to an otherwise good shopping trip."

"Ow inventory on clothing they advertise for plus size women up to 4 x. I only saw 3 tops and 1 graphic t shirt in a 3 x. The store was dirty, low inventory and the fitting room attendant was on her phone the whole time while customers were picked up waiting outside to get a room. I said something and she finally knocked on doors and no one was in 3 rooms! No handicap accessible rooms and no where for handicap people to sit while they waited in a ridiculous long line. It was super hot in there too. No airflow and people were just sweating waiting there. I would give zero stars if I could. What is this they charge .15 cents a bag too??"
"If I could give zero I would. I did the dumb thing and got a store credit card. After a few months I paid it off COMPLETELY and CLOSED the card. Apparently I was STILL getting charged for a service fee of 2$ for 6 months and never saw a letter in the mail for any of it. When I finally got a letter and paid the 12$ my credit was completely ruined. Tried to dispute it and they said they were well within their rights. Absolute scam and will not ever go back to this store."
