"Let me begin by saying the staff and vets have been fantastic. My issue is with the cost factor. My dog is grinding his teeth and it may be due to a broken molar. They made me an appointment to get a cleaning with x-rays and possibly an extraction. The estimate was $1100 to a possible $1500. I called Durant and was given a firm price of $175 including if they have to do an extraction. The only extra would be antibiotics if needed. I can't imagine why there is such a difference, but it is very disappointing. The estimate form sent to me was outrageous!"
