They gave me options that worked with my current financial situation and got her ear healed up. The vets and staff are both very experienced, and super friendly, Coco and I love them! "First time to this practice for our pets since moving to Texas. Easy parking, friendly staff greeted us immediately. We were taken to the room and seen promptly by the vet tech then the vet. They took the necessary samples and were able to test them immediately. I left with a solid idea of what’s happening with my aging pet. We were also supplied the medications she needed today. Additionally , they have a handle on technology and were able to connect us to their app which has information on the visit etc. It may not be the cheapest office around but you need people who can take care of your beloved pets and have the experience and education to do so. "Spaghetti came in today and was very nervous but the vet tech handled him so well. I was kinda shocked because Spaghetti doesn't like too many people. Dr Tidwell also did well with my baby and was very knowledgeable! I've loved this place ever since we moved here. They helped Butters with an issue with his eye when no other vet in Dallas (after seeing many) could not. I wish I could give you guys more stars! Thank you for being our trusted vet.
