"My wife has been a member here since 2016. Sherman Albertsons drive thru- She tried to use my flex card saved to her phone. Which she has done several times before. They told her the last time she went they could not do it. She asked to speak to the pharmacist. He refused...she told the worker she is not leaving until she talks to him. He walked over pressed the talk button and said " I do not feel comfortable letting you use it". Turned around and walked off. Unbelievable service!"

"Called about the rsv vaccine and specifically asked if covered by Medicare. I was told anyone over 65 was free and to come on in. I went in and filled all the forms and was told" thank you Baby". Then after waiting a girl came out and informed me it would be $300. I said I had called and was told it was free. I was told that they were very sorry and would look into it. 1st of all I'm 68 years old and don't need to be called Baby, 2nd is I guess my time isn't important as I drove there after being erroneously informed about pricing. What happened to professionalism and customer service?"

"I usually get good prices there using GoodRx. However, I have never had anyone so condescending, sarcastic and just plain rude as their pharmacist. However, they get my RX's filled very quickly and they are reliable."

"Update: 12/02/21 The reason this pharmacy has been having to close their drive-thru is because they are giving covid shots between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. . So, this is still my very favorite pharmacy. I apologize for the negative review before. This was without a doubt my favorite pharmacy. And, although the people who work here are awesome... The amount of times the drive thru is closed because they are short staffed, has caused me to consider changing my pharmacy for the four people I take care of. I hate to write a negative review. But, this is the truth. I never know if the drive thru will be closed. I usually have one of the people I take care of, in the car and a therapy dog. This makes going inside a real huge inconvenience, and many times impossible. Again!!! I am not unhappy with the staff. They are the best. That's why I'm writing this, so the management might get them the help they need in order for their services to be back to normal."

"Bad customer service at the Denison Sav On pharmacy from the actual pharmacist. Waited in line with my 86 year old mother because she needed to pick up medicine and get flu shot. When it was her turn to be waited on the computers went down. When they came back up about 20 minutes later the actual pharmacist told my mother to get at the back of the line and wait her turn. She just had back surgery 2 weeks earlier and didn't need to be standing around that long. Having to wait wasn't the issue it was his sorry attitude and the way he talked down to her."
