"Pushed button to order. They took far longer than other Sonics to answer. Ordered drinks and food. Brought to us and handed drink dripping on us. Carhop leaves. Grab napkins because drink is still leaking. Hole in cup. Push button for new cup. Seems like they took their time to get a new cup to us knowing it's leaking. Will not go back to that one."
"On Friday January 19th park in the Grand Ave. side. Waiting on my order it finally arrived can’t remember the server name. But when she brought my pop it had leakage on down the side and all on top. I ask her can you please get something and wipe that off. I was in shocked when she took the bottom of her shirt and wiped all the pop off the sides and top. I ask her are you seriously doing that. I told her to take everything back I didn’t want anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
"So basically the double quarter pounders on the menu for 3.49. The same ones on the commercial now for 1.99 are just double jr. Burgers? Got it.. false advertisement and a complete rip off... thanks..I see the next fraud lawsuit is coming sonics way.. ugh"
"Great Sonic! We were passing through town and decided based on its google score to stop here. It was exactly how Sonic should be. Hot fresh food, quick service and friendly staff. I would frequent this location if my experience is the norm."
