"Store needs major organization. There were rolling carts completely blocking the area where they keep the pictures in the back, and there was no way to get to them. Also the floors are cluttered and a hazard for disabled individuals, or honestly anyone. There is just way too much clutter. I probably won't be back. I'd rather drive to the one in Muskogee Oklahoma."
"Horrible customer service for returns Returned a 8 dollar item & was treated like a criminal. I presented the receipt my credit & they also wanted a ID My receipt & credit card should have been sufficient Good customers should not be treated in such a manner Just because they’ve had previous fraudulent customers. If the item was valued above 50 or 100 that would of been a different story I’m a first time shopper & will not be returning to the store."

"I love Ollies. This place is awesome. They got a wide array of things at a decent price. My wife really likes the place a whole lot and I do too. If you want some really good stuff cheap you definitely need to go to Ollies bargain outlet. this is where some of my masters of the universe stuff and my wife likes to collect nightmare before Christmas. They seem to never run out of either two. I may have to wait a while because I already have all the stuff but they always have more stuff that goes for any category in the store. I bought my cereal there and I’m off for real ceral killer I love cereal."
"This store is like a fever dream.. the signage is everywhere and so fun to look at. There is something new around every corner! Definitely feels like shopping in a warehouse, but overall some good deals. Service was very slow, but happy with the experience otherwise!"
