"This walmart sucks. They never have a wheelchair cart..I've spoken to managers every Monday I take my mom grocery shopping.guess what? They put the blame on the clientel.thats not my problem.walmart should have a demographics department, they should know thus area has a lot of elderly people in the area.so aggravating . After 4 months of coming in and speaking to a manager I was fed up.i called walmarts corporate number.i immediately asked for a supervisor, they gave me more excuses .I asked why they couldn't just transfer the many carts they have in broken arrows walmart, 'uh ma'am that's not how things work'. Why? Why can't it b that simple?u r providing us a service,take responsibility. Ugh fed up"

"My son left his phone on the counter at the register. We used Find My to locate it and when we went to pick it up, our friendly neighbors had placed it back to the counter at customer service until we arrived to retrieve it. Thanks Tulsa!"
