"Crosstimber Koi came to work on my pond. They left my pond with rocks just stacked up and no adhesion. Loose rocks everywhere. My fountain was left just hanging off the wall. Ultimately, after many calls with no results, I called two other businesses to complete the shoddy job that I spent $5000. for. With this business practice being bad enough,I now learn they are running down other competitors of theirs. They are denigrating others for doing exactly what they did to me. So disappointing."

"Chad and Ashley are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had issues we didn't even know we had as first-time pond owners. Our fish were lethargic, sick and dying. They helped us take a "sick" pond and make it healthy again! Unfortunately we didn't know about them when we had our pond built, but going forward Crosstimber Koi will be our go-to place for anything pond!! Thanks Ashley and Chad!"
