"I love this place! They offer a free class for new customers. I've been 3 times now and bought a membership, the pricing is very reasonable for the value. What prompted me to purchase a membership comes right down to the friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The workouts are so fun, I don't feel like I'm at your typical fitness class. I loathe cardio but these ladies have made it fun! Girls Night Out lives up to their name, it's a fun time hanging with the girls! All I can say is check it out!"

"So much fun and laughing- It’s like a ladies night out with your girl friends! Completely addictive and doesn’t even feel like your working out, but you burn a lot of calories. And its affordable! Everyone is super friendly. Don’t feel comfortable with a move or can’t seem to grasp it? No worries! “You do you!” The atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive. The instructors make it a point to learn your name—you’re never “the new girl”."
