"Would rate it lower if possible. Did the 10 day free trial and the weather made it nearly impossible to utilize the pass on top of them being closed 2 days due to weather. I should’ve at least had one day where I could’ve been compensated for them wasting my time."

"Very unsafe I been member of ymca for over 5 years these year I decide to work out at 20st. Some one broke my pod lock and get my wallet out of my bag. He stole $300 out of my wallet I saw the guy still stealing from other lockers I tell the stuff the have me call 911 they never show up and spoke whit the manager she say the thief wasn’t a member so they wasn’t able to have any information from him. I will never go back to that location."
"We've had a great experience at the YMCA Downtown with adult and children's swim lessons, personal trainer, childcare, aerobic class, and using the available equipment. I LOVE that they have racquetball courts! I also enjoyed the women's room once. The staff is always friendly; if I go, someone at the desk will be ready to smile. Parking is rarely a problem, though once, an event at the Children's Museum made it scarce. I highly recommend the Y!"
