"BED BUGS everywhere !! If u don’t want to be bitten while u sleeping I would recommend U pass this place . U won’t lose anything . GENERAL MENAGER was rude and he told me he will re-found 60$ for me not sleeping whole night miss work next day and be bitten all over . What a joke lol . Pass this place 100% . One of the worst hotels I have ever been !"
"Quality Inn is where my kids and I spent our Spring Break!! It was fantastic! Staff was so polite and has such good manners. The Pool and Hot Tub were super fun!!"
"Don’t do it!!! 1-at check in my phone was stolen by a junkie who was with his family in the lobby, and the clerk turned a blind eye. I pinged my phone with my watch and confronted the thief and his table and got it back. The crackhead’s sister yelled at him to return it… No thanks to your staff. 2-the room smelled bad, and one comforter had a burn mark From a cigarette. The 2nd bed had a long brunette hair. ROOMS NOT CLEANED BETWEEN PPL! 3-the pumps on the hot tub and pool are broken and they’re filthy. 4-Cobwebs in the room bathroom, a broken lock on room 210. 5-no cameras in the parking lot for security."
"Please stay any where else but here. Smell in room. Walls decaying & in bad condition due to moisture. Pool security door not working. No pumps running in pool or hot tub. Water very cold. Algae / scum in pool & hot tub. I will let the pics talk for themselves. 11/24/23 Contacted Choice Hotels and got the standard templated response. Arrived late, stayed the night and booked at another hotel. Did not get a refund for our remaining days."
"Okay...so we pulled into the parking area and we're both a wee shocked at how this building looked for the price we were paying! Pro's The housekeeping service was great and breakfast was pretty good too. Cons pool and hot tub were murky and almost green in color, toilet seat was so loose a person had to be careful to not slid off, room was not clean upon arrival, window would not lock. Overall it was quiet but it is desperate need of an upgrade in ever way imaginable."
