Five Below

"Cashiers are friendly and helpful. The area around the registers was well stocked and organised. 1 Stars since the rest of the store was an absolute disaster. Some aisles were completely blocked with half put away items. Products mixed together and thrown on shelves in piles. I decided not to buy a few things since they weren't priced and shelf tags were sparse. The tshirt area looked like someone dumped out laundry baskets onto the shelves. There were several opened food and candy packages left throughout the store. The personal care area had damaged and opened items throughout including eyeshadows that looked like someone dug their nails into left open upside down. Used to love going in there but now the sheer amount of mess and chaos actually gave me anxiety to be around. Hopefully they fix whatever is going on there since I hate driving across town to visit the other store."

"Had to shop an Instacart order today. Ten items should have only taken me 15 minutes. Even after asking for help. I received no help and ended up staying a half hour to find things on my own, and still couldn't find. Some items they had, but they 'weren't put out yet'. So my customer didn't get half the things the ordered. I go above and beyond for my customers and this was an epic fail that was mostly a waste of my time. Just an epic mess. Please do not shop at this store for Instacart."

"Tis the season - I receive a cute cloud water fountain from a coworker as a gift. Follow the instructions, put batteries in it, fill it with water. Go to turn it on..nothing. I go through all of the "troubleshooting" on the instructions and nothing happens. So I call this specific location and was told I would be able to exchange without a receipt (my coworker did not keep the receipt and that's okay). I get to the location, they said they can't help me. I just wanted to exchange it for one that worked! I know you can't expect great quality with such a low price but I did have an expectation of the product actually working. The unwillingness to make it right and give a working product for what was paid just does not sit well..."

"OMG I love this place. Took my niece here not intending on getting anything myself. Left with bags full of awesomess for myself, AND having spent only $20 of my own money. A ton of stuff for kids and adults alike. Cheap, but not of cheap quality by any means. You'll find something you need for certain. This is my new balloon dog phone stand, rainbow beaded wrist strap holder, and kitty floating away from balloon dog attached to balloons saying "bye" stickers... All of which I got here. For less than $8. And that was a book of 100 stickers included."

"Great prices obviously- was able to get these and some stocking stuffers at way better prices than Wal-Mart or Target. Limited sizes in tops and bottoms for clothes but cute styles."
