"Still receiving calls from ace rent to own on vinton street location wanting more money. I signed up for a 1 year pay off lease contract with them on April 14 of 2021 and here it is december 2022. They basically owe me money. This is wrong what they are doing and robbery! Please, make them stop! God bless!!!!"

"Went to office on Tue evening. Talk to jeovany and was told we needed to put down payment of 300 dollars to get what we were looking at. We have never had a down payment before renting from ace. Got told I would get a call wed never got a call. I would like to go pay to get my stuff but I feel like we are getting run around. This is the grand island store. Very upset"
"This is the worst business, I have ever come into contact with. From the manager down to the representatives. I have used different locations and they were amazing!! However, if you want to be treated like less than a human you should definitely go to the South Locust location. Do yourself a favor and pick a different rental company if you are in need of any product. Aaron's and Rent a center are way more professional, and understand you're a human. Not a paycheck."
