"Purchased an expensive laptop that quit working after 4 months. Purchased Geek Squad. They were worthless in terms of customer service. Extremely rude and difficult to work with. Do not recommend using Best buy to purchase equipment you need to do your job because it is NOT reliable."

"This place has no business being in business. They don’t appear they even care. Tried to quickly buy a new 77” expensive TV, $350 mounting bracket, $250 installation fee and $60 old TV disposal. The “nice enough young lady” we worked with was clueless on prices and misquoted things several times. She basically had no knowledge of the equipment in this department. Tried to negotiate a slight discount and were told they could take $10 off. Ridiculous….they lost out on a $3,000 purchase due to arrogance and inability to negotiate “something” as a win/win for both sides. This store deserves to be shutdown like most will following the footsteps of their previous competitors like (Circuit City) primarily based upon their lack of customer service. So sad to recognize the downfall of yet another brick and mortar business these days."

"I needed a back up power supply for my desktop computer as my previous power supply was tripping my breaker. I went to Best Buy and had to wait in the parking lot for a few minutes because they open at 10 AM. Once I got inside I was able to recycle my old power supply and find a new one and buy it all within about 15 minutes. Very efficient buying experience."

"Awful experience. Shane Rush, the GM, is the worst. Guy failed to package my tv right, the loader lied about his suggestion to just put it in my truck bed, the salesman didn’t admit his failure to mention free delivery as an option, and the stand was attached when they bubble wrapped it. All this to say, when I got home (less than 2 miles away) I put the tv up and cut the wrapping off. The tv was broken. Immediately drove back to try and return, within minutes Shane says NO. Shane refused to hold himself or his team accountable and practically laughed in my face as he sent me packing home with a broken $1k plus tv. They didn’t package it right, obviously when you leave a foot wide stand inserted to the middle before wrapping you can’t fully wrap the bottom of the tv, that’s exactly where it broke. Avoid this location and their GM Shane at all costs. Embarrassing customer service, never again."

"Bought a 75” Hisense TV yesterday. Had to get creative to get it in the back of my SUV. Unboxed it laid it flat on top of every piece of foam that came in the box. Drove it home 5 miles on backroads. Got home unloaded the tv and hung it on the wall. Tv has vertical lines and is cracked. I know the TV was never bumped or hit as I’m the person that did all the work. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with BB. The claimed the box was damaged. This was laughable as the there was no clear impact damage on the box. The only issue with the box was I had broken it down so it would fit in the recycle can. Something told me to just wait and order it from Amazon which is exactly what I’m doing after I hit send on this review. Good luck I’ll never be back hoping a TV repair shop can fix it so it’s somewhat usable. 1600.00 worth of junk."
