"Received a CPAP from them back in late September/early October with the warning that insurance would require a constant rotation of replacement parts including the mask, filter, and hose just weeks apart. Two months later, I called to verify, hearing nothing from them. I was told that was wrong and just to call when I needed new gear. Then, January I got an automated call from their main office in Utah to inquire about replacing parts. Still nervous about the first warning, I said yes. It said they would be in touch. It is now March. Have left messages with both here and the main office and nobody has called back. I may have to check with Medicaid to make sure this is even covered. And if Petersen screwed up my insurance, you can bet I will make sure Medicaid knows about it."

"Nathan is very kind, caring and conscientious. Unfortunately the other people in this company are NOT. Equipment worked well,but rates are high. Company never billed my insurance for the oxygen concentrator I use 24/7. I have never heard so many lame excuses for billing me instead of them. I finally got my own machine."

"Equipment I rented was functional but was in disrepair. I was offered no solution, i.e. tough luck. The rental fee was outrageous (more than purchase price on ebay for brand new) but time was of the essence so I had no choice. Definitely not recommended."

"I just had an excellent experience dealing with this company. My doctor ordered a nocturnal oxygen test and every aspect of the procedure was handled perfectly. They dealt with my doctor in Arizona and provided him with the results in a very timely manner. The test resulted in a need for additional equipment which they supplied to me immediately and were extremely helpful with directions and related information and suggestions. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I recommend them highly."

"Don't feel right even giving them a 1 star rating. At first they were very rude to me because I had called on the weekend for something not knowing they don't do anything on the weekends because nobody explained the rules to me but that got better when someone seen I was a new customer and didn't know their policy however the bottles that hold the water kept cracking and the nasal canal hoses all had holes in them even brand new packages so needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy going back to the store for more supplies beginning to think maybe it's on purpose to bill the insurance companies for more money??"
