The office staff worked with me to get a partial diagnosis until Mike (Awesome!) could stop by and confirm our suspicions. He had the part ordered the next day and also worked to find us a better price on the part. He saved us over $100 on the part alone. GREAT customer service and VERY timely response to our repair!"
