"First off great service, knowledgeable nice people. We were staying in Monticello for a few days in our 5th Wheel. We have a residential fridge and bottom section was not cooling much but freezer seemed to be fine. Called Moab area and just got run around from all I called. Came across Sonny’s website and gave them a call. Very helpful lady and said they do not do RV refrigerators. but since ours was residential they could. Told her we were leaving in a couple of days on a Thursday and she said they could work us in on that morning. They showed up on time and did not take long for them to diagnose issue, fan behind freezer was not working so not blowing cold air to bottom. They had one with them and replaced it and got us on our way. Would recommend to anyone. Pricing was fair also and just appreciated their help. Greg and Kay"

The two staff wore masks the whole time as part of company policy and to protect themselves from any illness in the homes they enter - so appreciated. 3. The installed my appliances in 1 1/2 hours, including converting my dryer from gas to electric. 4. They were pleasant and courteous. 5. After finding out that our old refrigerator was non repairable due to its age, we proceeded and purchased a new side by side from them. Ruth and Beth were very professional, accommodating and honest. They gave us a good price and even provided a loaner fridge in the mean time the new one arrived.........at no additional cost.
