"I never give bad reviews. I'm a resident of Cortez and regularly shop here. They wouldn't let my 6 year old little girl use the restroom when she really needed to go. There are 2 locked restrooms at this location that have signs on the door saying they've been closed due to theft and vandalism. Pretty sure a six year old isn't going to commit any of those crimes. My family will no longer shop here. Lady working the register was pretty rude when I asked her to help my daughter. So disappointing. Your bathroom policy is exorbitant."
"Worst custumer service I've had in a Family Dollar! If I could give them a -0 I would! I like doing my shopping at Family Dollar for cleaning products and tissues. I accidentally bought Arm & Hammer carpet order eliminator, instead of carpet form cleaner. Took it back with my receipt. The manager stated, it could have been open and used, would not even let me exchange it! She made me feel as though I was a liar and a thief in front of the other customers.. With that kind of customer service, they want survive the pandemic!"
"I very rarely leave a bad review. Sometime people have bad days and I understand that. That being said, every single time I go in there I leave thinking I would have received much better customer service elsewhere. I contacted the home office, hopefully it will be improved."
