"The staff were rude, disrespectful and dismissive. There were enough employees to actively support the overflow of shoppers coming through the door. I had a staff dismiss the fact that I was actively looking through the shoes on a shelf and proceeded to say "you know we have more (more shoes) over here, too" The three other employees who I seemed to be in the way of, were putting up a shelf, sweeping and on their personal phone. I was confused for a moment, but acknowledged her comment. We left the store because of the overall unapproachable environment. The security employee standing by the door was kind, respectful and ensured we were greated upon arrival and as departed."
"Rude and incompetent staff are one thing. To have multiple employees discriminate and refuse to help a customer with a disability is another. Perhaps a training session with their legal team would be a good idea before they do not have a company to work for anymore."

"Customer service was horrible! Didn’t think to catch one of the females names but I was genuinely trying to have a simple conversation with her and her attitude/demeanor was very rude and disturbing. I even asked her at any point did I offend her but her body language was just top tier disrespectful. Working in HR for over 9 years, I truly value customer service! To see people act in such an unprofessional manner is very disturbing and unacceptable to me."
