"Dr. Basche is wonderful. She is kind and caring. I did wait quite a while to be seen. The first assistant to take my blood was very fast but unsuccessful and gave up because she told me she didn’t like the way I was “wording” her after her failed attempt. The second assistant was very sweet but also had issues with the blood draw. I was poked 3 times and am still a little bruised 2 weeks later. That is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I trust Dr. Basche totally."
