"I brought in a pair of jean shorts that needed a new zipper on 6/27/23 with a promised date of 7/7/23. After a few calls and requests to give her a few more days, I showed up around noon on 7/19 (the day I was told to “stop by anytime” to get them) and they still weren’t done. I was pretty irritated at this point and she went into a spiel about how busy she is. I left and she contacted me about 40 mins later to tell me that they were done. The original zipper was silver and the new one is gold and large. I don’t agree with promising dates if you’re too busy to fulfill the orders. You also have to pay the total up front. Some people seem to have received great service, but I wouldn’t chance it if you want your things back quick - She’s choosy about what she tailors and when."
