"Had a great experience with this company. I ordered baseball socks for an upcoming out of state tournament. I accidentally chose the wrong shipping thru Amazon. I contacted them via email over the weekend and Andrea responded to me very quickly. Not only did they find and rush my order but they responded over the weekend while they were closed. "Customer service!? What customer service? These people have none. Your website advertises in a big black and red banner that if you spend $30 you get free shipping so I add the first item to the cart it ask to add $17 more to my cart to get free shipping then another annoying pop up explains that if I subscribe to your email I get 10% off my total. Which should bring my total to $34 for 3 pairs of socks nonetheless!! But surprise you get to your checkout process and nope. You can only get one or the other but by the time I'm done shopping these people already sent 3 emails to me but you can't even honor my discount?? What nerve! This place is a joke and their "manager" is better fit to scrub toilets because customer service is not in her vocabulary! I'll take my business elsewhere!! Fyi I got the cutest teal softball socks on amazon for $4 and that was FREE SHIPPING! and I didn't even have to ask!"
"I have not received the product yet but I would like to give credit where credit is due. I really needed the socks that I ordered and was about to have to order the wrong size because I had no other choice. I called customer service and the gentleman that answered went over and beyond to find me these socks for our cheer squad. He personally went into the warehouse and found us the correct size socks that we needed, helped us order another pair and get in this order after I messed up the quantity and then helped us to where I would get them on time for the best price possible. Great customer service."
