"Pros 1. Soft materials 2. Design: flattering premium lounge wear. 3. Cleanliness: clean and organized. 4. Color palette: warm & neutral colors. Thank you, Baby Jesus. This is a value add over Vuori's primary competitor, Lulu Lemon. In contrast, Lulu's color palatte is chronically Easter colors: baby pinks, key lime green, spring blues, all of which are muted color saturation. Easter colors are unflattering on warm-toned skin - redheads, strawberry blondes, and freckled Nordic bloods. Areas for improvement: work with your male staff member on client engagement. Customer engagement is seemingly Lulu Lemon's advantage over Vuori. Lulu staff make you feel seen. They want to know what type of workout you do, and will engage with you during check out. They will comment on your clothing choices. Often Lulu staff will own a product that you're buying, and they will state such. In contrast, the male staff member who checked me out (afternoon shift on March 20th) had to be prompted by his boss to do so. He didn't greet me. Nor did he make eye contact. He just looked down at the clothes and quietly rung up each item. Due to the silence, I engaged him telling him that I am, "grateful Vuori has warm-toned options. This is an advantage over your primary competitor." He paused slightly, avoided eye contact, and opted to ignore the compliment. Then we stood there in silence while he rung up each individual item. The silence went on for a while, as I was purchasing two shopping bags worth of product for myself and my husband. The middle aged woman working the fitting room was helpful, motherly almost. The young tall blonde woman had a soft demeanor, and proactive in helping. The female manager(?) appeared to be training new staff for checkout."

"HORRIBLE customer service. After only a month of wearing a pair of $130 pants - the seam on the zipper began to fall a part but Vuori will not take ownership of this and send us a replacement pair. They are making me, the customer, spend my time and effort to ship them back AND pay for the shipping - for a defective pair or pants that they created. So just know - if your Vuori clothes start to fall apart - Vuori will not be helpful. For the price we pay - it is horrible customer service"

"I had a great experience in this store a couple weeks ago. This was my first time ever shopping at Vuori and now I know what all the hype is about. The clothes are so soft and comfy! Emily was so great as well. She started a fitting room for me when my hands were full and helped me find items that weren’t on the floor in my size. I’ll definitely be back."

"I really appreciate Vuori clothing and their excellent customer service. They have always been kind, friendly, and their return policy is fantastic. However, I had a negative experience at one of their stores. I received a pair of pants as a gift, but they ripped. When I went to that particular store, the staff didn't know how to handle the situation and had to consult with their manager. Unfortunately, the manager was not helpful either, stating that they couldn't do anything without a receipt or proof of purchase. This was disappointing because I am aware of Vuori's policy and had a different experience at the Boulder store. When I shared the same issue with them, they were apologetic and offered to either provide store credit or a replacement. Therefore, I recommend avoiding the store where I had the negative experience and instead visiting the one in Boulder."

"I decided to give Vuori a try after wearing LuLu for the past decade. I had a few items I needed to return today that I didn’t love, 40 days into their 120 day return policy. Vuori’s tags verbally invite you to tear them out & are physically designed with the ability to easily tear them out. After 40 days, I realized I didn’t love the items as much as I thought I would. Granted they’re very soft, I just wasn’t looking for lounge wear. No physical worn damage, I just didn’t love wearing it. The female cashier that worked with me at the Park Meadows Colorado store mentioned that because I’d removed the tags, that she could only offer store credit. There is nothing in their return policy about tags, and their policy clearly invites you to use the gear for up to 120 days & return if you don’t love it, with a refund back to your original form of payment. It wasn’t until I brought up their corporate return policy on my phone, clearly posted on the website, showed it to the cashier, & asked for a manager, that they agreed to follow their policy & refund my original form of payment. The cashier said the reason they could only give me store credit was because they couldn’t resell what I was returning, even though I’d worn the items for 40 days. This is kind of disturbing. I would hope they don’t try to resell worn items, or that I could potentially buy a used item at one of their stores. She then told me I would only receive store credit for any other items that I return, if the tags are removed moving forward… which goes against their corporate policy. For a premium luxury brand with a great return policy, I expected to be treated better by their staff around knowing their own policies and following them, no questions asked. I’m not sure I’ll be back. “We accept returns for gear purchased through our website and at our Vuori retail store locations within a 120-day period for a refund back to the original form of payment. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear and discover whether you love it.”"
