"The lady making my drink made it wrong, then proceeded to be rude that she made a mistake. Then, she made 4-5 other drinks before making the correct drink. Normally have good service and baristas but today was not that way"
"I literally HATE this Starbucks they never answer the phone, they're rude and they don't even care that they are. My company orders a huge order at least once a week and something is always wrong or missing. We have to drive back there to tell them because they don't answer the phone and then they act like we're lying. Like we just spent $200 and we're going to lie about a damn croissant? This is what my sandwich looked like last time I went. They didn't even apologize! Lately we've been going to Dutch Bros, they're much nicer and dry now are better and reasonably priced."
"This is a coffee shop, right? Maybe everyone was napping when I arrived at 9:13 in the morning!!! I was the fourth car in line in the drive-thru! It took 20 minutes to get out of line! Every car in front of me got one drink, and I bought a grande Cafe mocha and sausage sandwich! Ridiculous!!! Worst drive-thru around!!!"
"Two days into pumpkin spice season and the team is already opting to omit the nutmeg/cinnamon topping (why is that so hard Starbucks?) Both of our drinks are ordered the exact same but look like two different products. High price for this result guys."
