""Iced coffee, very light cream" Received a coffee as white as a glass of milk "Hi, I asked for very light cream, please. Can we redo it? Receives an iced coffee with no cream. Never again with this location. Seems they hire anyone who can walk and put on clothes."

"Ordered on the app. Arrived one minute past estimate. They hadn’t even started my order even though there was not a rush. Manager even looked at me as if I should understand that an extra 15 minutes (she quoted) was not a big deal. Wow. I’m sure they won’t care. But man, it’s be nice if they tried to even remotely get to the app placed orders within 5 minutes of the estimate on the app."

"Did not get food, but got a couple drinks for a road trip with some visiting family members. Well I got a cinnamon nitro cold brew and was very much looking forward to it..what I got was something completely different as not sure. This is my go to drink and whatever they made was beyond nasty, very sweet, and just horrible. I wish I turned around, but I guess I decided to waste my money and throw the drink out. Plenty of Starbucks and unfortunately will not be going to this one again. This is twice they have messed up our orders and maybe this is a sign to stop going to Starbucks always!"

"The service here was excellent - friendly, professional, and super fast. I loved all the little touches like the board with photos of the baristas and the “take a book, leave a book” cart (don’t tell anyone but I took a book and didn’t leave one - in my defense, I didn’t have any books with me to leave. I’ll pay it forward the next chance I get). Anyway, I highly recommend this Starbucks."
