"My family and I love Dutch bros but unfortunately yesterday I’m 100% they added a tip or we paid for an extra drink, we normally pay $15 for 3 large drinks and yesterday we paid $20 for 3 smaller drinks I knew something was off. On top of it, I had ordered a decaf kids drink and they end up giving us a caffeine drink and my daughter threw up before we made it home. Very disappointed with this places on top of it the staff before use to be way more nicer now they’re way to aggressive or just plain rude."
"Friendly staff and great coffee. Can be busy at times, but considering how long the lines can get, the staff get orders filled quickly. Great rewards program, too. Their cranberry orange top with a rebel drink is my wife's favorite in the morning. The rebel drinks have many different flavor combinations. I always go for the Picture Perfect Freeze. Good for any time of day."
"My family and I really love going to Dutch Bros, thier drinks here are amazing and the services is really sweet. I would sometimes come here for my special drink. A sugar-free frost. However, I would always and pay for a large size. I sometimes don't get it as a large, it comes in a medium or sometimes a small. I try to tell them, they push it aside or don't bother. I don't fuss about it, but it was done many times like 4 or 6 times that I stopped coming here.. It's still great, but I wish they would double check."
"The staff is utterly nice (how they are supposed to be) and my drinks have all come out great here but the location is hard to access. You have to be driving east bound on Colfax to enter and can only turn right when leaving. Also- the drive-thru line gets so long and with how it’s set up you have to wait on the side street until there is enough room and make sure to leave a space so people can exit. Give up on trying to park and walk up because you’ll get stuck in their parking lot. It’s so new and so sad how terrible the set up is."
"Absolutely love this place. Drinks are amazing (All of them) Staff is so fun and friendly. Also love the app an the point system. The menu is great tells you the drink and flavors so you get exactly what you order. They also have treats for your furry friends. Lines can get kinda long, but absolutely worth it for the fun and drink's. Don't miss out!"
