"Horrible costumer service! I ordered a salted caramel Frappuccino and the lady gave me chocolate Frappuccino with caramel on the top, I asked if she could do the salted caramel Frappuccino as I am allergic to chocolate, she was very rude and say she was not going to do it, asked for a refund and she said she was not going to do it. Spoke to the manager and didn’t do anything about it. Horrible costumer service, definitely not the Starbucks image wants you to have. PSA: THIS IS NOT AN STARBUCKS STORE"
