Dunkin'

"I have given this location 10 chances, which is apparently 10 too many. They are the slowest moving Dunkin I have been to in my life. This is devastating to write because I love Dunkin and was so excited for it to open. They have never been able to get an order correct and have multiple staff members standing around while one person tries unsuccessfully to make all the food. Might as well drive to the one 30 mins away, because that is how long it will take for your order to be ready."

"Absolutely unacceptable. Went through drive-through this morning and had several cars before me. Those cars had left because of the amount of wait time in the Drive Thru. Received my order completely wrong and couldn’t fix it then, because I was running late because of the long wait time. Tried calling the store directly and their phone number doesn’t even work. Called corporate and let them know, and they are trying to handle it for me. Do NOT come to this location."

"We ordered an iced coffee, a coolatta, a donut, and a bagel through the app for pickup. Took several minutes for them to answer the drive-through window when we arrived. The bagel and coffee were perfectly fine. The employee insisted we didn't order a donut, and only gave it to us when he looked at the order and realized he was wrong.The coolatta was completely melted & separated, and tasted far more sour than usual. When I asked them to remake it, the employee rolled his eyes at me (yes, really) and then threw the same one back in the blender so it would recombine a bit, hoping we just wouldn't care/notice. The photo attached is from 2 minutes after we left the drive-through, showing the "remade" drink, still far from frozen. Decided to let it go and get a drink elsewhere since he clearly wasn't in the mood to do his job. Maybe Dunkin should hold the people they hire to a higher standard?"

"Alright folks, here's the DL. I really like this dunkin, coming from someone who's actually from the east coast and knows what a dunkin should look like. The employees are great :) and always kind to me. Happy to help even if you can tell they're having a bad day. Love them, truly. Food is always very close to my expectations. Not perfect but 9/10 in my opinion. Only thing I would change is making sure management has those small, but important details down pat in the future for the sake of customer service. For example; at this location, if you get any large drink that requires a straw, you will be disappointed. Not because of the drink but because all the straws provided to the employees are small straws, which results in my attached photo. This has happened to me 4 times now. Only once has one nice lady been able to find me a large - the other poor employees get all confused when I ask for a larger one like they never have carried them before. Not their fault - they can't find something that the manager should but doesn't provide for them. I'll be bringing a rescue reusable straw with me in the future until they get this issue resolved."

"Great variety of drinks from coffee to refreshers, hot, iced and frozen. The very nice team member walked me through them. Came for Coffee left with a watermelon refresher, excellent"
