"Tried to order off the app, but the app wasn't working so went in and ordered in person. The working behind the counter didn't know how to make 2 out of the 4 drinks in my order. There is another Starbucks a mile or so down the road, I recommend going there instead."

"The point of sale system crashed and took about 15 minutes to return to functionality causing a substantial line to build. They also have a limited menu compared to other locations neglecting to carry the Nitro coffee products. Staff was very friendly and apologetic for the situation that was out of their control."
"Yeah the girl working around 11 am with the red braids was incredibly rude. She threw my change at me and then I made her pick it all up to learn her lesson. :) You don’t get to throw change at customers because you are miserable with your job then please get a new one. Incredibly rude and inappropriate. She needs to get retrained on customer service."
