"I had a runner today who wasn't very pleasant. Hannah (long hair, in pig tails with a blue beanie) has no respect. I tried to order a drink, and she made it very difficult. She told me to move forward, but I wanted to avoid hitting a curb since their parking and drive-through were tight. I waited until I could proceed safely. As I was ordering with her, she stopped me in mid-order and had another co-worker take my order. Then, after I ordered my drink, she went to that co-worker to talk about me. No respect, horrible customer service, and needs to be fired."
"Came here to get my girls a treat before school. Line was so long took forever to get our drinks. You guys need either have more people not just 3 to make drinks or they need to work faster. This is Ridiculous!! Not happy that the employees ask you to tip!!! STOP ASKING!! If I want to tip I will, you don’t have to force it on us. Also the girl put in our order wrong and we paid for an extra drink we didn’t want."
"I pulled up on a very cold morning at 5:30 am. Very nice small talk and was given my drink for free! The gentleman with short dirty-blonde hair served me and was extremely nice, especially since I’m having a stressful morning. Cute too. I highly recommend you go here, always a pleasure to come through here"
"Their iced white mocha reminds me of chocolate milk, but with coffee. I typically also get and enjoy a Palm Beach with green tea. It’s pink and so cute"
