"I had stopped in on a lunch break at work and had ordered a hot chocolate. While the young lady who was working made the drink well and handled working alone well, it took thirty minutes just to get my drink. Note to management: you really should have TWO baristas working at ALL times. To expect one barista to take orders AND make drinks is highly irresponsible as well as unsanitary. Please review and grow your staff."
"I have always loved this spot and it's always convenient. However today we go in the expresso machine is down and no hot coffees so I deal with that like ok everywhere has there moments but then the you get this girl barista who I ask a simple question and bites my head off literally. Sorry guys but this is the worst experience I've ever had in any Starbucks...."
