"so, i understand starbucks is busy and i want to understand and their jobs can be stressful and i don’t want to put extra stress on the employees. But there is a point where i on purpose place an online order ahead of time to make sure it’s ready by the time i get there because i have a schedule to be on. And it’s absolutely not okay when six cars that are going through drive through and are getting what they need and people who arrived after me are getting their drinks. I reminded them about my drinks in a polite way and they were chatting with no sense of urgency. The drinks came out fifteen mins after their “estimated wait time”. Note to myself, never go to starbucks again unless you have thirty mins to an hour to waste. This was absolutely ridiculous."
"Good coffee- absolutely filthy flor, seating, restrooms, and outside seating. Furniture (tables/chairs) scratched, worn, falling apart. You’d think with the money they make, they’d clean the place. Really - a disgusting place to sit and have coffee. I recommend not even going for takeout."

"The registers went down in the drive thru and they couldn't think to problem solve and use the other registers that were working. Their solution: inconvenience the customers by making them come inside. I drove straight to Ziggi's coffee and won't be back."
"This is one of the busiest Starbucks locations I’ve been to (coming from NYC and LA!) simply because the footprint of the store is not enough to support the exploding population of Castle Pines. Quality is good as always, but USE THE APP and order ahead folks so the morning line is less than 35-40 min! The only way I can get in and out quickly is to order in the app, double or triple the wait time, then walk in to pick up my order at the counter."
