"Very unprofessional staff, they need to do better training and teach their employees what costumer service should be like. Grabbed a couple of shorts and they charged me more than what they had them priced for, told the girl that they had a different price and she said that they were probably in the wrong spot. Took a look and they were definitely not in the wrong spot. If you don’t like dealing with people don’t work in retail!"
"the worst shopping experience. They had barely any women’s clothing it was mostly men’s in the store at Denver premium outlets. They weren’t enforcing social distancing or having a certain amount of people in the store. When I went to check out I got a pair of jeans off of the sale rack and she tried to charge me full price for them. I seriously had to ARGUE with the cashier “helping” me. Horrible costumer service and will not be stopping in again. I love their graphic tees but they had NONE and probably only a few different shirts to choose from. It was terrible. Don’t go to the one at Denver premium outlets. It was so incredibly disappointing and I hope corporate sees this! If I ever shop from American eagle again it will be online"
