"For some retarded reasons the staff member refused to process a return for an online order made with Apple Pay. I had to go back home, pack the damn thing and mail it with UPS. I am pretty sure it violates their own return policy, as I read it back and forth and didn’t see any specific terms for Apple Pay purchases. Gypsy styles, shady policies and unprofessional staff, that what this brand is all about."
"This store refuses to support their products. I had an issue with the wallet that I bought my wife. I tried to resolve this issue in the store. I was told that would involve a repair that would likely cost as much as the wallet. I went to both Coach and Brighton and was told that they would support their products. Michael Kors: you just lost me."

"My wife loves Michael kors it is her favorite designer as far as bags go. However this last time we were in there we were treated like we did not exist. As we were leaving a women walked in and the sales staff literally ran to help her. I would be embarrassed if that was my store and that is how bad they treat some customers and blatantly treat others better. Just because we have young kids does not mean we cannot afford good quality bags. The sales staff obviously needs some customer service training."
"Where to begin.. I went into the store looking for a laptop bag and walked out with much more, not in material but satisfaction! Crystal went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bag to fit my laptop! I was being very picky but Crystal remained patient and continued to show me different bags for my lifestyle! She is very knowledgeable with all the collections and the company should be grateful to have a friendly rep like her!"
