"Matt in golf, Deuce and Ryan the managers, and violet up front and manning the phones knocked it out of the park the other day. They deserve a raise and some extra PTO! Ordered a brand new set of clubs for the wife and they came missing a 7i and 9i, but also with two Ps. Go figure. Messaged online and they said to go to store. Was mildly disappointed but had golf trip the next day, so went to store. When I got there, violet directed me to Matt in golf. Unable to find an exact match, he was able to find a similar set at the price point that looked close enough, too. Deuce and Ryan provided the manager approval and made it super easy. Matt was the "quarterback" who led from start to finish and ensured we were made whole, as customers. Overall very pleased with the autonomy provided to this team to do the right thing for all parties. Kudos."
