"I stopped in today on my lunch break. John made everything quick and simple, answered all of my questions and pulled down some kayaks so I could get a feel for which one was right for me. He also recommended checking out a paddle board and explained all of the benefits of using an inflatable one. He never made me feel foolish for asking so many questions and never made me feel rushed. Also, as soon as I walked in, someone at the front greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. All in all, a GREAT place to shop for all your outdoor/recreational needs. Thank you!"

"The folks working in the shoe department were wonderful which is why I rated this 2/5. However, the rest of the staff was rude. I went to try on clothes and pressed the button of the changing room. No one came by, so I moved to another room and pressed the button. I thought maybe the other was broke. No one came by. So, I sought someone out. I asked politely for a room, he told me to press the button and someone would be by. Before I could say that I tried, he walked away. Not even 5 minutes later he opened a room for another group. He looked directly at me standing by my dressing room and walked away when I was clearly waiting. THEN, my husband went to grab some help. The man who finally came to help said very rudely “you can just press the button next time” and I told him I tried (multiple times) and no one came by. He was dismissive and rude. They made it an awful experience."

"I usually stop in here on my way to the mall. It's great for a quick trip to get my kids their sports needs or other items we need for camping etc. Last time I was here looking for shoes. It did take them a while to ask me if I needed help because they were busy chatting. I didnt need help or I would have asked but they lost one star for ignoaring me and talking instead for about 15min."
