"Had a wonderful experience today buying skis for my child through the used equipment junior trade in program. The woman who helped us (Alyssa?) was incredibly patient and cheerful and helped my daughter find exactly the right boots and helmet and didn't rush her while she decided which skis she liked best. I went here instead of somewhere else specifically because of the trade in and to get a lot of help because I don't ski myself. We had such a good experience with all the help we had today that I won't consider going anywhere else in the fall when my child will probably need bigger skis and I'll definitely be recommending it to other moms."
