"Ever since I got my phone fixed here 2 weeks ago my battery won’t stay charged and my screen overheats and says “temperature cooldown” before I can use it."

"They were going to charge me $130 to replace front and back glass. After I came back an hour later, they wanted to charge another $400 for the back glass that they hadn't replaced yet. I was instantly annoyed with the bait & switch, so I told them no. They still charged me the $130, when all the replaced is the front glass. After all of that, my phone (touch screen) doesn't work properly. Explorer your options before letting them work on your phone."

"I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer."

"Spent over $700 getting my phone fixed here twice. Doing business with the manager, Sam, directly. The first time I was quoted $450 for an overnight fix and I paid it reluctantly. Not even a week later the phone broke again with the slightest bump. The second time I was quoted $250 but this time my phone was gone for 5 weeks. Even though they gave me a loner phone, they replaced my screen with "one from China, because it was cheaper". I bumped my phone again, and instead of taking it to them, I went to iBreakYouFix and they informed me that parts were missing from my phone, and that certain parts were taped in instead of being screwed it. This operation is a scam and took parts and who knows what else from my phone."
